This adapter serves as a carrier for low-profile PCI Express® (PCIe) cards, facilitating seamless integration into CompactPCI® Serial environments. Equipped with a PCIe x8 connector (options for x4 or x1), accommodating PCIe cards up to 176mm in length and 68.9mm in height.

Incorporates PCIe Gen3 redrivers and a clock buffer to ensure optimal performance. Supports up to 70W power via the PCIe card connector, distributing +3.3V at 3A and +12V at 5.5A. Features an opening for an optional 50mm axial fan to enhance airflow for high-demand PCIe cards. The SA4-COUNTRY is equipped with the backplane connectors P1/P2 for support of up to eight PCI Express® lanes when inserted into a CompactPCI® Serial fat pipe slot.
